BAR SUPERVISOR

£24,000 per annum

Flexible working hours throughout the week and weekends.

Main responsibilities:

Welcome guests in the friendly and approachable manner
-
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Ensure the bar is always kept clean and tidy, fully stocked and ready for busy service

Have an outstanding product knowledge (drinks menu; cocktails; wines; beers, whisky)
-
Day to day running of the bar including opening and closing duties
-
Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers

Stocktaking
-
Ensure that the bar, front-of-house, and other areas are clean and maintained
-
Other duties as requested
The ideal applicant will have:
-
Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
-
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues

The ability to lead by example and demonstrate good team working attributes

Excellent verbal communication skills

The ability to sell products and services

Strong planning and organisation skills
-
The ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a positive attitude
